We never ask you to send mnemonics, private keys or full passwords through any channel — please don't — unless a service agreement has been signed and a secure handover method agreed.
After a case closes (successful delivery or confirmed termination), we destroy all related data within the timeframe agreed in the service agreement.
We never disclose client identities or case information to any third party, except where required by law.
