Scope of Service

imBack provides crypto asset recovery services, including but not limited to: wallet password recovery, mnemonic repair, Keystore password recovery, chip-level hardware wallet recovery, and data extraction from locked devices.

Assessment & Fees

The feasibility assessment is completely free;
No recovery, no fee;
On success, a service fee is charged at the percentage agreed at signing, depending on case difficulty — the signed service agreement prevails.

Client Commitments

You warrant that you hold lawful rights to the assets you ask us to recover;
Do not send mnemonics, private keys or full passwords through any channel before a service agreement is signed and a secure handover method is agreed.

Confidentiality & Data

Both parties are bound by confidentiality regarding case information; data storage, isolation and destruction follow the Privacy Policy and the service agreement.

For mathematically irreversible cases or cases lacking sufficient clues, imBack does not guarantee success; assessment conclusions represent a technical feasibility judgment only and are not a promise of returns.
